HOW DO I PAY FOR SERVICES?

The balance must be paid via cash, certified check or postal money order (no credit card, personal or business checks, or any other form of payment will be accepted upon delivery).

CAN I PACK THINGS IN MY CAR?

We prefer not to ship personal belongings inside a vehicle. Personal belongings that are in the car at the time of transport are not insured. Under NO circumstances can the car contain firearms, hazardous materials, illegal substances, or contraband.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN OPEN AND ENCLOSED CARRIER?

An open carrier is similar to those you see transporting cars to and from dealerships. Enclosed carriers are recommended for custom, exotic or autos that have been especially cared for.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I SCHEDULE THE TRANSPORT OF MY VEHICLE?

We recommend that you schedule your move as soon as possible to insure that your car is moved within the time frame which best meets your schedule. Scheduling your order in advance is helpful, however, not mandatory for a successful transport

WHERE WILL MY CAR BE PICKED UP AND DELIVERED?

Due to the fact that most of the trucks are 75 feet in length, it is sometimes impossible for them to get into most residential areas. we ask that you work with the truck driver in arranging a mutually acceptable place for you to meet to load and unload your vehicle.
